We are open and would love to welcome you for a break.  Please see the legal guidance for groups and contact us if you have any questions before booking.  Booking for groups of six or less, or larger households/support bubbles, are not affected.

In light of the pandemic,  we are asking guests to bring your own bedding – duvets, sheets, pillows and bath towels; we will provide bath mats and hand towels in kitchens and bathrooms.  At the moment we have also had to close the games room as it’s not possible to ensure safe distancing; the tennis court will be open if you’d like to bring your own equipment. We have enhanced cleaning procedures in place and are doing as much as we can to keep everyone safe and enable you to have a lovely break.  If we have to close due to covid-19, we will refund all monies paid or rebook your stay, whichever you would prefer.  Further covid information is on our website – see the Contact us tab for details.

22 September government update on group bookings:

The law now says you can only go on holiday in England in a group larger than 6 people when they are people you live with or who are in your support bubble.

Guidance from the UK government website states –  “When meeting friends and family you do not live with (or have formed a support bubble with) you must not meet in a group of more than 6, indoors or outdoors.  This is the law”.  As we are being held responsible for everyone who comes to Vicarage Farm, we are not able to take group bookings for more than six people.

This means sadly that we are not able to rent the cottages to larger groups until this legal requirement changes as you would not be able to socialise together inside or in the garden.  If you have a query about whether your plans would be affected by the restrictions, please get in touch by email to discuss with us.

Please see the calendars below for availability (click on a date for prices).
